My expertise includes strategic planning, vendor and supplier relationship management, and process streamlining. I am skilled in areas such as cost reduction, data analytics, and project coordination. My professional experience has provided me with a strong foundation in business reviews, team synergy, and strategic partnerships, with a consistent focus on a customer-centric approach.

Rhonda L. Hoopingarner, Co-Founder
As Co-Founder of Empower Executive Services and an Executive Assistant with over 15 years of experience, I provide high-level support to executives and boards across the payments, technology, healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors. I studied Business and Administration at Brandman University, am a Certified World Class Assistant, and hold licenses as both a Notary Public in Colorado and a Remote Online Notary.
I specialize in executive support, operations management, and project coordination. I am recognized for streamlining administrative processes, managing complex schedules, and overseeing critical business initiatives with precision and professionalism.
